Our retreat combines the power of breathwork, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and the restorative effects of sauna and cold plunge. Every session is thoughtfully designed to nurture the mind, body, and spirit, bringing you a sense of grounding, release, and renewal. What to Expect: Breathwork & Meditation: We begin with guided breathwork and meditation, helping you calm the mind and focus on the present moment. Vinyasa Flow: A dynamic and energizing practice that connects movement with breath, designed to build strength, flexibility, and balance. Yin Yoga: A slower, more passive practice focused on deep stretching and releasing stored tension, promoting long-lasting relaxation. Sauna & Cold Plunge: After your yoga practice, unwind and detoxify in the sauna, followed by an invigorating cold plunge to refresh and energize your body. Nature Immersion: All practices are held outdoors, surrounded by the tranquility of the forest, natural springs, and flowing streams—offering a true connection to the earth’s healing energy.
